Sarah and her team set about completing the renovation of this 1960’s townhouse tucked away in the sleepy streets of Tyburnia behind London’s Marble Arch. Initial meetings over video conference with the client allowed the team to pull together a comprehensive brief that covered all of the clients wishes. A scope of works was then written up and Sarah and her team went out to tender to find the most suitable team of contractors and sub contractors to fulfil the brief. The project was managed every step of the way with regular site meetings to check in on progress, to weekly video calls with the client for updates. The client was able to return home from over seas to an incredible transformation of his property, every detail accounted for including beds made, towels freshly laundered, and cupboards stocked with cutlery and crockery!
